Ready For Labor Day Weekend?

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 Another great weekend and some more rain. We’ve got to keep the grass growing. I was noticing driving in to town yesterday, that it sure looks nice when everything is green, rather than the brown grass and things from the dry weather. It looks like we’re going to have a great week coming up and a great weekend for Labor Day. Hopefully everyone can enjoy Labor Day weekend and not have to help the kids with too much homework already.                 Don’t forget about our live Health Shops at 6:15 on Monday evenings. We do those live on Facebook and Instagram and then eventually will post the videos to Brighteon.com and YouTube. This month were talking about Back-To-School topics and this week, were talking about Children’s Foods and Moods. I will especially be talking about...

How Far We’ve Come

Hi everyone in the Natural Health Family. Imagine the weekend brought some fun and/or accomplishments with it. In today’s world it seems like there is so much information out there about what to do for health. We are flooded with social media and other advertisements about what is the go to solution for the problem. Although the internet has greatly helped us with gaining a lot of information in a quick way we can also find that it can direct us off course at times. However, there may be more to the story. Let’s talk about some different topics and how some advice might not necessarily be true.  First, have you ever wondered how we got here with our food? As a country or even as a species we have drastically changed the way we grow and gather our food. From hunting and gathering to farming and other agricultural practices we have moved to a means that suited the lifestyle we had. This, however, went from farmers who planted for the town or city to a vast industry where large amou...

Free Falling

Welcome back Natural Health Family. Imagine everyone had a good past weekend. Did you happen to notice that August is almost past already? Time can seem to fly by and many times we can get caught up in the race. Sometimes we forget to slow down and take it all in. I was able to skydive over the weekend and it helped me to realize that time can really slow down (or it feels like it). It can be up to us to take a moment and be present where we are at.  Have you ever done something you knew would be thrilling but decided to do it anyway? Skydiving was that action for me. All the time building up to it and the anticipation of falling from the sky had me feeling a bit nervous. It was something I have never done in my life. I have heard about it, read stories, but never experienced it for myself. So before the jump you have to go through some procedures. When checking in you have to sign a lot of documents and watch an instructional video. This didn’t help with the nervous feeli...

It's Hot Out There - Stay Hydrated!

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 I hope that you had a great weekend and are enjoying the heat. It seems to always get hot around the beginning of school time and this year will be no exception. We might as well enjoy the heat because in a few months, it will be different, and then we will be complaining about the cold. Hard to believe right now though-ha. Don’t forget to stay hydrated this week with the higher temperatures. This includes drinking good quality water and don’t forget the electrolytes, like sea salt or mineral salt or one of our favorite products here at Natural Health Cal-Amo.                 It seems to be working out very well to have our live health shops at 6: 15 on Monday nights and this month we’re talking about Back to School. This week we’re talking about Health 101 for Kids, we wi...

The Pandemic Planning Racket

STORY AT-A-GLANCE The biosecurity crisis needs to continue indefinitely because it’s the primary justification behind The Great Reset In the fall of 2022, mainstream media started warning of a potential “tripledemic,” with COVID, seasonal influenza and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) being in circulation at the same time. The sudden focus on RSV just so happened to coincide with announcements that RSV vaccines were being fast-tracked The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first-ever RSV vaccines in the summer of 2023 for seniors 60 years and older — one by Pfizer (Abrysvo) and one by GlaxoSmithKline (Arexvy). Both vaccines are recombinant subunit vaccines, and both manufacturers have reported Guillain-Barré syndrome as a side effect As we’re heading into the fall of 2023, the “tripledemic” of COVID, RSV and influenza is again making headlines. A Google search for the key words “triple pandemic 2023” garnered a staggering 41.1 million articles, and as we saw all through th...

Light The Way

Welcome back to the great people of the Natural Health Family! Imagine you are all healthy, healing, and doing well. If people haven’t realized it yet, it seems that we are a part of a great shift in the way we all see health. We are starting to see more and more people moving from a “conventional” means of health to more alternative practices. As more light is being shed on what is going on in the world in many aspects, we will continue to see the shift. Furthermore, we don’t have to curse the darkness and the sickness of the world, rather we can focus on the light and all of our ability to become well.  When you enter a dark room what is the first thing that you think about? Well if it’s after watching a scary movie you probably think about the jump out scenes from the movie haha.We typically don’t walk in the room and think “why is it dark in here?” or “where is this darkness coming from?” We don’t say “ I hate this darkness because I can’t see anything and I might stub...

Is Your Family Ready For Back To School?

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 Another great weekend with some rain and cooler temperatures. I hope that you’re enjoying mowing grass again. It’s almost like having Spring again. I think that everyone is happier with having the grass green and not looking like fall so much. The rain has also helped clear the air out so people are having less allergy symptoms. Don’t forget that we have great products here at Natural Health to help your body get those pollens and dust particles out of the body, so that they don’t cause symptoms. It’s great to have that smell of fresh cut grass in the air.                 Don’t forget that were having our health shops on Monday night at 6:15 live on Facebook and Instagram, and then recording it on Brighteon.com and YouTube for viewing later. This month were talking about getting ...

Using Sleep as a Tool for Creativity

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Overwhelming evidence shows adequate sleep is essential for optimal productiveness and creativity Dreaming, which occurs during the rapid eye movement (REM) sleep cycle, promotes creativity and creative problem-solving. At this time, new information is integrated into older data and novel connections between the old and the new are built, allowing new solutions to emerge Dreaming is also important for psychological well-being and can be likened to overnight therapy, as it eases the emotional sting of painful experiences When you upset your circadian rhythm, the results cascade through your system, raising blood pressure, dysregulating hunger hormones and blood sugar, increasing the expression of genes associated with inflammation, immune excitability, diabetes, cancer risk and stress, and much more Your glymphatic system also only activates during deep sleep, thereby allowing your brain to clear out toxins, including harmful proteins linked to brain disorders su...

Coachable

Good day Natural Health Family. Hope everyone was able to enjoy their weekend either by getting some things cleaned up or spending time with others. I experienced an event over the weekend that had me realize something that we all may do from time to time. It was related to doing a lot on our own and not reaching out for help. This could be in many different ways but sometimes it is a matter of letting go.  When I played football way back in the day (haha) I remembered what a coach once said. I may not have it exactly right but it went something like “the best players are the ones that are the most coachable.” Now what this means is that a player can have all the best grit, tenacity, ability, skills, talent, or moves in the world. However, if they can’t be coachable then they will never excel past the level that they currently are at. The person has to let down trying to do it all on his own so that he can learn what he may be doing that is actually causing the player not ...

Monday Night Healthshops

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 Well, were finally getting some rain on a somewhat regular schedule. I hope you can find your lawnmowers back because the grass is greening back up and we will have a few more “mows” before fall gets here. There is still a lot of pollen and dust out there and don’t forget that we have great products to help the liver handle all the junk that we bring in when we breathe and open our eyes and things like that. I’m really glad to see the rain and the green coming back into our world. It was looking way too much like late fall. Hopefully you’re enjoying your summer, what’s left of it, before we head back to school and all the crazy schedules involved with that. Don’t forget that we also have a lot of food supplements that help with handling stress and anxiety naturally. Most of the time, it’s a lack of B vitamins and a lot of the sugary summer foods ma...
