Immune Systems

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation -      What a beautiful weekend. We even had a little rain in there to keep the grass green. I'm so thankful that the  tree leaves are so green yet which gives us hope that fall will be here for quite a while longer. Fall is such a great time of year, it's just what comes after that worries me. Especially with the condition of this country's citizens' immune system with all the Jabs and such. I wonder how it's going to turn out. At Natural Health, we're working hard to get our patients immune systems in Tip-Top shape for the winter and have good suggestions on keeping it that way. True actual Health has never been more important and I hope everyone out there is taking that into consideration with all the craziness going on.       The article that I'm enclosing looks at some of the myths surrounding the vaccine craziness and talking points about keeping the immune system strong. One of t...

Forced Vaccination Was Always the End Game

STORY AT-A-GLANCE In America, we have taken our freedom for granted because, while we have been willing to fight to defend the freedom of others, we have never been called upon to defend it in our own backyard. Most Americans have never imagined we would experience a serious threat to autonomy and freedom of thought, speech, conscience and assembly When government threatens to take away an individual’s right to employment, education, health care and the ability to enter a store to buy food, enter a hospital or travel on public transportation, there is no other word for it but tyranny It doesn’t have to be like this. We can refuse to be psychologically manipulated so we are unable to engage in rational thinking and are crippled by fear. We can push back against the authoritarians taking away our freedom and trying to divide us With the exception of Pearl Harbor and September 11, 2001, Americans have not been attacked by an enemy on our own soil. Unlike countries in Europe during W...
Hello Natural Health Family. Over the weekend I was able to learn from an online workshop that helped me understand different perspectives of many people. It is fun realizing what you already know but in new ways, just like reading a book twice and getting something different out of it. Let’s dive into the topic of health and attempt to seek the solutions we have lost. When we look at the world today we tend to see all the problems including the health problems of the world. With all the available technology and resources we would think that our health would be greater. However, sadly this is not so. What our ancestors taught us at the beginning of the lives of our past relatives has fallen away to the wayside. For reasons that we may not know, we have forgotten or perhaps have been hidden from the path of knowledge needed for good health.  In today’s world we have been conditioned to think that what is common now, that of illness and health issues, is normal. Don’t be confu...

How Your Gut Health Impacts Your Disease Risk

STORY AT-A-GLANCE A significant proportion of your immune system resides in your gastrointestinal tract. Harvard researchers have now identified the specific population of gut bacteria that modulate localized and systemic immune responses to ward off viral invaders Bacteroides fragilis and other bacteria in the Bacteroides family initiate a signaling cascade that induces the release of interferon-beta, which protects against viral invasion by stimulating immune cells to attack the virus and causing virus-infected cells to self-destruct Zonulin-mediated gut permeability plays a determining role in the pathogenesis of many chronic inflammatory diseases. Zonulin is produced in response to bad bacteria. It flushes the bacteria out by opening up the tight junctions Aside from bacteria overgrowth, gluten is a powerful trigger of zonulin release as the zonulin pathway misinterprets gluten as a potential harmful component of a microorganism Chronic inflammatory diseases associated with d...
