Emotions

Hey everyone. How are you? Really, how is your life going? Emotions are one of those topics that many do not like to talk about because they are afraid what will come to the surface or it is “Not Manly” to talk about emotions. Little that many know, emotions have a huge impact on causing disease to the body and mind. A part of the mind that we all have specializes in staying comfortable. Staying in their safe space.  If we see a lion, this part of the mind will keep us alive. This goes for everything else we do. Everything. We. Do. From talking to that cute girl across the bar to learning how to ride a bike. It has helped the human species stay alive throughout the time.  As it pertains to everyday life, many of us fear how vulnerable we would be if we talk about emotions. It’s not something that is talked about on a daily basis and it shows with our own health. I recommend you talk about what is on your mind to others, especially your loved ones. This will help release...

Plans and Opportunities

Hey! Have you ever had a plan that didn’t work? I went on a skiing trip to Colorado with Dr. Chip and had to stay a couple more days because a blizzard went over the airport. Quite a stressful situation that was tempting to react with negative emotions such as anger, frustration, worry, and the list goes on. I’m sure we have all had “challenges” in our life that may bring out these emotions within us. But doesn’t it always work out no matter what emotions we use? During our re-planning of our flights, we focused on the opportunity life was giving us rather than looking at this as a bad thing. So we did some more hiking trips and more skiing. We are even going to a Top Golf that I always wanted to go to. It seems that when life closes a door, a window opens. This has been the same for all of the “challenges” that I have had in my life. It may have been hard to see the window open right away, but in the grand scheme of things I was always looking out the window even when I thought...

Why Resolutions Don’t Work

Happy New Years to You! Throughout my 27 years of living, much of that time I have started out the year with a New Year’s Resolution that sometimes they go well and some don’t. Many times I even gave myself guilt for failing to complete my resolutions. Why are New Year’s Resolutions a struggle and some are easier? Well we will have to dive in a little deeper to understand the why behind that question and how to provide you with much more Energy in your life. The mind is where you will find that answer to why resolutions don't work. The subconscious mind works on habit and these habits control 99% of your life. You have formed habits of how you walk, talk, work, hug, play, and eat. This mind also has all of your attitude, behaviors, thoughts, emotions, personality traits, energy levels and literally everything else. All being conditioned from your past. The mind’s habits play on a different scale that many are not familiar with.. The definition of a resolution is a firm decision t...

Non-Interference

Hello Natural Health Family! I talked about quantum physics and how thoughts are a very important part of our health and well being. Today I wanted to talk about a topic “Non-interference,”how it relates to our health and also how quantum physics plays an important part.   “Non-Interference” comes from a book that I am reading which is called Rays of the Dawn by Dr. Fleet. This topic of the book simply means minding your own business. The importance of minding your own business in many cases relates very well to the principle of quantum physics called the observer effect. The observer effect states where you place your attention is where you place your energy. If we consciously or subconsciously (below our awareness) place our energy on things outside of us, we have less energy for our health. This means that not only being physically engaged in other people’s matters can drain our energy but even thinking about other people’s matters or problems can be detrimental to ou...
