Harvest Time Almost Here

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation -      What a great weekend and I hope that you got rested up with the extra day off. This time of year brings some great weather outside and please take advantage of it to build those vitamin D stores for the winter. I hate to even say that word but we know what's coming. I'm amazed that the grass is still green and we're  mowing the yard every week but that's okay, much rather have Green than brown. looks to be a great weather week coming up and I hope I can get all my jobs done that I want to do before bad weather gets here. It looks like the farmers will start harvesting pretty soon so be ready for the dust in the air and the farm equipment on the roads.      Speaking of winter time coming, that is when we usually have lowered immunity due to less sunshine and are fighting the cold weather. This goes along with the article that I’ve included on some of the side effects of the Jab. T...

Long-Term Dangers of Experimental mRNA Shots

STORY AT-A-GLANCE mRNA-based COVID shots have used codon optimization to improve protein production. A codon consists of three nucleotides, and nucleotides are the building blocks of DNA. Use of codon optimization virtually guarantees unexpected results Replacing rare codons must be done judiciously, as rarer codons can have slower translation rates and a slowed-down rate is actually necessary to prevent protein misfolding Stop codons, when present at the end of an mRNA coding sequence, signals the termination of protein synthesis. According to a recent paper, both Pfizer and Moderna selected suboptimal stop codons The COVID shots induce spike protein at levels unheard of in nature, and the spike protein is the toxic part of the virus responsible for the most unique effects of the virus, such as the blood clotting disorders, neurological problems and heart damage. To expect the COVID shot to not produce these kinds of effects would be rather naïve Other significant threats includ...

NAD+ Helps Restore Age-Related Muscle Deterioration

NAD+ Helps Restore Age-Related Muscle Deterioration STORY AT-A-GLANCE Several studies have proposed that mitochondrial dysfunction in your motor neurons drive the development of sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) Scientists recently discovered that Alzheimer's-like protein aggregates (amyloid beta) underlie the muscle deterioration commonly seen in aging, and that nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is essential for combating this condition When the NAD+ salvage pathways in muscle are impaired, mitochondrial dysfunction and decreased muscle mass ensue NAD+ boosting molecules such as nicotinamide riboside (NR), nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3 or niacin) and nicotinic acid (niacin) have been shown to protect against age-related muscle disease NMN appears to be the best, as it activates the NAD+ salvage pathway and is a direct precursor to NAD+. Lifestyle strategies such as exercise, sauna bathing, fasting, recalibrating your circadian rh...

Barriers of The Body

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation -      I hope that you all had a great weekend and am getting over all the holiday stresses. We've been fortunate to have fairly good weather for January and I hope that trend continues. I always find that this time of the year I am looking very forward to the Green Grass of spring. the hubbub of the holidays comes and goes so fast and it takes some time to get back into the groove of normal living. Especially when  there is no snow on the ground, everything looks so Gray. It will be a while yet but the green grass and spring flowers will be here soon.      I have several patients right now who have come from different backgrounds and  are having a hard time understanding about the innate intelligence of the body and how it can heal itself if the barriers are removed. This is what we are doing with our Nutrition Response Testing technique and asking the body, that we are testing, w...
