Emotions

  Hey everyone. How are you? Really, how is your life going? Emotions are one of those topics that many do not like to talk about because they are afraid what will come to the surface or it is “Not Manly” to talk about emotions. Little that many know, emotions have a huge impact on causing disease to the body and mind. A part of the mind that we all have specializes in staying comfortable. Staying in their safe space.  If we see a lion, this part of the mind will keep us alive. This goes for everything else we do. Everything. We. Do. From talking to that cute girl across the bar to learning how to ride a bike. It has helped the human species stay alive throughout the time.  As it pertains to everyday life, many of us fear how vulnerable we would be if we talk about emotions. It’s not something that is talked about on a daily basis and it shows with our own health. I recommend you talk about what is on your mind to others, especially your loved ones. Breath

  Hello Natural Health Family. Can you feel spring in the air yet? As we head into spring we start to notice the changes all around. The grass is greener, the trees are starting to fill up and birds are singing. Change happens all around us everyday of our lives. We often take for granted the intelligence of our own bodies. Imagine if you had to monitor your breath all day so that you could stay alive. That would be exhausting!   Hello everyone in Natural Health Nation -      Well we got some more rain this weekend and some warmer temperatures.   Natural Health Family, how is everyone doing? I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weekend and got some sunshine. Today let’s talk about communication and why it is important in our lives and for our own health.  Last weekend I explored Colorado. I went snowboarding and hiked a good amount also. I learned a lot just by getting out in nature and noticing different aspects of the forest and parks. One characteristic of the forest that I found interesting was the aspen trees. It appeared that they would appear sporadically in the forest and in groups. I was curious and wanted to learn more about them. I found out that the different aspen trees or tree trunks are not separate but they actually function as one tree. The roots of the tree are well connected so that they are able to communicate and act as one organism. I found this interesting because we tend to think that the whole tree is only about what is on the surface of the ground rather than all the roots and connections we can’t

  Hello everyone in Natural Health Nation -       What a great weekend! We're finally getting some really good weather and the grass is greening up. I love this time of year because of the promise of a fresh start with all the vegetation and tree leaves and just life in general.
