Joy

Hello Natural Health Family! It is a new week and time for another discussion. I imagine everyone was able to enjoy their weekends in some form or fashion. It is that time of the year again when weddings are in abundance. The past weekend I was able to be in a wedding and was able to enjoy festivities with friends and family. Let’s talk about the importance of having joy in our lives.  Have you ever thought about the last time that you had to prepare yourself to do something such as giving a speech to a crowd of people or telling someone something that you thought might not be received well? What did it make you feel like? Did you start to have sweaty palms or heavy breathing? Did your heart start to beat faster or you felt like running or not moving? This is because when we think about certain things our bodies react in response to the thoughts that we may be having at the time. This is due to a survival strategy that we adopted to keep us alive back in the day. It helped u...

Fall Weather Is Here

Hello Everyone and Natural Health Nation -      Another great weekend and I hope you're enjoying the fall weather. That nip in the air is telling you what's coming in a few months but for now we're enjoying the cooler but still warm weather. It's amazing to me that the trees are still green and the grass is not Brown and still growing. I hope you were able to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and hopefully we'll have much more to come as we head towards Indian summer. It seems like we’re having many patients talk about Allergy and Sinus symptoms and our new product Allergco Is helping many of our patients.      This month we're talking about pain and inflammation in our health shop courses, actually the causes of it, not just treating it with pain medication, and understanding what the pain and inflammation comes from. It's important to realize that the body has inflammation as it's trying to heal an area from damage caused by injury o...

Perspective

Hello Natural Health Family. I imagine everyone was able to have some fun over the weekend or get some jobs done that might have been put off for a while. This past weekend I was able to make it to a high school class reunion. I got to of course see many people I haven’t seen in a long while and catch up with others. It was good to have a different perspective and see how some things changed and some things have not changed. Let’s talk about our perspective and why it can be important in our lives. If you watch TV, news, social media, how do you see it? Many of us watch certain channels or are on specific social media platforms because we are accustomed to them. I would estimate that many of the older generation watch news on certain tv channels while a majority of the younger generation get their news information from social media. Whatever way you stay in the know with all that is going on in the world it is important to see it through a lens which doesn’t impact our health so ...

Ominous B1 Deficiency Found Throughout Food Chain

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is used by nearly all your cells, metabolizing the carbohydrates and lipids in the foods you eat, helping to convert food into energy and boosting the flow of electrolytes in and out of your nerves and muscles Thiamine is important for healthy immune function, and may actually be crucial to protect against infectious respiratory illnesses such as COVID-19 While thiamine deficiency is often the result of alcohol misuse, chronic infections, poor nutrition and/or malabsorption, recent research suggests vitamin B1 has dramatically declined throughout the food chain in recent years The transfer of thiamine up the food chain may be blocked by a number of factors, including the overabundance of thiaminase, an enzyme that destroys thiamine. Thiaminase is naturally present in certain microorganisms, plants and fish that have adapted to use it to their advantage Thiamine deficiency has been identified in dozens of animal species and is now suspected ...

Change Is In The Air

Hello Natural Health Family. It’s that time of the year again. The weather is cooling down and the colors are starting to change. We have been going through a lot of change in recent times and it doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon. Nonetheless, one thing that doesn’t change is the importance of our health and how that reflects how we can handle the changes of life. Let’s talk about a few different topics of what we can do for ourselves to adapt to the change.  When was the last time you walked outside just to walk outside? Not for exercise, not for moving your body, not for getting the blood pumping around your body, not for moving your joints to promote healthy oxygenation to all the cells of your body, not to clear your head of thoughts, not to get some fresh air, not to get some sunlight for healthy vitamin D synthesis, not to strengthen the muscles and ligaments of your body including your spine, but rather just to walk. You didn’t do it for something in particu...

Ready For Fall and Harvest?

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation -      What a great weekend. We got a lot done outside and are so thankful that we got some good rain to keep everything green. Karen even noticed that after she mowed off the garden, there's another crop of volunteer vegetables growing and we're hoping that we actually get some produce from that. It's just great to have the trees green yet and the grass still growing this late into fall. The weather is even good for the farmers as it's dry enough to get the crops ready for Harvest and they seem to be doing well. We are noticing some people having problems with allergies and sinus problems so we're working hard with those folks here at the office to get them doing better. It's not always allergies but just breathing in the pollen of the late fall flowers and all the Dust and pollen from the crops being harvested.        In October we are looking at inflammation in our health shop classes and...

Patents Prove COVID Fraud and Illegal Dealings

STORY AT-A-GLANCE In the early 2000s, David Martin, Ph.D., founder of M-CAM International, started finding large numbers of patents that violate biological and chemical weapons laws In 1999, Dr. Anthony Fauci funded research to create “an infectious replication-defective recombinant coronavirus.” In 2002, Ralph Baric, Ph.D. and colleagues at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, filed a patent on recombinant coronavirus, and within a year, we got the world’s first SARS outbreak Since 1999, at least 4,000 patents involving coronavirus have been filed, including patents detailing key features of the so-called “novel” SARS-CoV-2 virus The 2001 anthrax attack, which came out of medical and defense research, led to the passage of the PREP Act, which removed liability for manufacturers of emergency medical countermeasures The funds for entitlement programs and pensions will dry up by 2028, at which point the drug industry will go bankrupt as well. With a burgeoning population ...
