Ever Thought Emotions Can Affect Your Heart?

Hey everyone, how did January go? Are your New Year’s Resolutions still riding strong? If not, it’s because you haven’t made it a habit within your mind to be second nature for you yet. Just like tying your shoes is now second nature. Doesn’t mean you just give up, it means if you want change in your life you have to stick with it. Quite simple, but one of the hardest things we have to do in our lives if we want to live the life of our dreams. Discipline. It’s just how it works and it's the reason why the sick stay sick and the healthy stay healthy. Healthy people are BEING Healthy and sick people are BEING sick. It all comes down to who we are BEING, especially when it comes to the heart. If you are the ones that would like positive change towards health in your life, I can coach you. Schedule Here to start your positive transformation and achieve the life of your dreams.  Anywaysssssss…. But really though. Did you ever think your emotions have any affect on your Heart? When I w...

What is Health?

Hello again to all the great people of the Natural Health family. Today I wanted to discuss briefly two ways that one could look at health. One way to see it could be that the world is filled with different things that can harm you and that you are a victim to this unforgiving world. Another way to see it is that you are a powerful beyond measure capable of defending yourself from any outside influence. Let’s dive into why these two views are not right or wrong but need context to be understood.  We know that there are different things in our environment such as bacteria and viruses that can be harmful to us IF we are not able to adapt to the “bug.” For instance a person (not allergic to bees)  gets stung by one bee can have some mild swelling and be able to recover from it fairly well. However, if that same person were to get swarmed and stung by many bees then it could have life threatening effects. This is because the person was overloaded and not able to adapt to ...

Legislative Alert -Medical Freedom Is At Risk

This is a special email Alert for those who have the time and are interested. We are losing our Medical freedom in this state quickly and now is the time to act. Please look at the following information and contact your Congressman to oppose these two bills. Some of the links are a bit off and some of the email addresses are actually websites that you have to click on "Contact Us" and then send your message. At Natural Health, we are not anti vax but are pro Health. Parents should be able to make an informed decision about how their children are treated. We deal with kids that are vaccine damaged in the office and know that it's not all " wine and roses" in the vaccine world. Please take a minute or two to express your opinion to your congressmen.   Here is a sample of the letter I sent to mine -  Dear             I am writing today to express my opposition to 2 b...

Heart Sound Recorder

Wow - what a nice weekend. Sunday sure was nice and the sun is definitely getting stronger. Looks like rain and snow this week for a while but hopefully we’ll get back to good weather. We need more sunshine this time of year and we tell our patients it is even good to go to the suntan booth for 10 minutes a week. This is good to help activate vitamin D and just relax and get warm. Pretend you’re on a beach!             As were still in February, we’re still talking about heart health this month. Don’t forget our upcoming health shop tonight at 6 o’clock here at the office and on Facebook and Instagram. We will be talking about the heart sound recorder which is a great instrument to listen in on the valves of the heart, giving us an insight into what nutrition that person is lacking to strengthen the heart muscle so the valves work correctly. Most people that have valve problems or heart murmurs have a weakened heart muscle and...

Heart Sound Recorder

Well we had some sunshine over the weekend. We have definitely had our fair share of gloomy days and snow and rain. We’re starting to see some signs of spring though as the birds are chirping and seeing some geese flying around. I hope that you’re still able to enjoy these days and know that they won’t last too much longer. I’m really starting to look forward to spring and even mowing grass again!             As were well into February and our theme is heart health, we are looking forward to Valentine’s Day. Our topic for this week is Love, which we will be discussing during our health shop at 6 o’clock tonight and it should be very interesting. The article I’ve enclosed is about how just being out in nature helps heart health and general health. It’s one of those free things that is definitely helpful to the body, just like sunshine. Sometimes it’s hard to p...
