Heart Health

Welcome back Natural Health Family. We are flying through the year already and March is approaching. As the days get longer and weather warms we will start to do more outside. This time comes with more events, activities, and opportunities to connect with others. For us at Natural Health February is heart month. Let’s discuss what all heart health entails and what we can do to help ourselves.  So let’s start with food and exercise. Many people tend to think that they have to do a certain diet or they have to perform an exercise routine in order to be healthy. Food is fuel and nourishment of our bodies. The world is filled with so many different foods and food products that people may get confused. However, the simple way is to look back and ask what foods were grown in the garden, made by a tree, or part of what our ancestors hunted and foraged. These were healthy whole foods. Now it can be fine to eat different foods and snacks but important to make the staple good foods with no or

Wind and Rain

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 Well, we were back to some cooler temperatures this past week but there are many signs of Spring coming. Some folks are telling me about flowers that are starting to poke out from the ground and we are seeing a lot of geese and ducks flying over so we know that it’s just around the corner. It will be so nice to see things green up again and see leaves on the trees and that fresh smell of spring. We’re still getting reports of folks fighting so were throats and colds and things like that. Don’t forget that we have great nutritional support available to help the immune system get over these things quickly so that they don’t drag on into spring and leave us with “allergies”.                 Don’t forget that we have changed our scheduling on the Health Shops and Patient Education Workshops. This week will be the live health shop that will be on Facebook and Instagram at 6:15 and then we’ll post that to Brighteon.com and YouTub

Fake Meat Has a Real Problem

STORY AT-A-GLANCE The fake meat industry is being touted as an environmentally friendly and sustainable way to feed the world. However, it’s an underhanded attempt to recreate the kind of global control that Monsanto and others achieved through patented GMO seed development Lab-created meats may turn out to be one of the most health-harming ultraprocessed foods ever created. While the true impact on public health won’t be seen for years or decades, the preliminary evidence warrants concern Cultured or cell-based meat is made from animal cells grown in a solution of fetal bovine serum or other growth medium. Normal cells cannot replicate enough times to create a slab of meat, though, which is why many companies use immortalized cells, i.e., precancerous and/or cancerous animal cells While researchers claim there’s no risk to eating these cells, as they’re not human cells, there are no long-term studies to confirm this assumption The fact that our regulatory agencies are captured by in

Don’t Limit Yourself

Hello Natural Health Family. This weekend was great to get out and enjoy the weather. I got to spend some time in Iowa snowboarding with some friends and family. It was the third time I have gone, so I felt like I knew a little of what I was doing. Of course  there was still a fearful feeling of falling flat on my face, but it never happened thankfully. Sports have always been a part of my life and snowboarding I would consider sport. Today I wanted to talk about our focus and being able to go towards different things in life.  Henry Ford once said “if you think you can or you think you can’t you are right.” When a person that plays sports competitively starts a game they typically don’t think I can’t win. Just like a boxing match if a person sees that the other competitor is undefeated and he or she thinks i have no right to be there then the odds of winning are greatly diminished. However, if they remember that they did his or her best to train and feel confident that they can perf

Got Sinus Issues?

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 Well, we had another great weekend and I hope the weather continues to improve. It’s pretty early yet on the calendar so I’m sure we’ll have some cold temps yet but hopefully more and more warm days. The sun is out longer and longer during the day and that sure is nice to drive home in sunlight rather than the darkness. We’re noticing patients having more problems with dizziness or lightheadedness, and that seems to be sinus related. We have some great products to help the liver to drain the sinuses so they don’t back up into the lymphatics and put pressure on the inner ear. Antronex is one of those products that works on the liver and helps to drain all of the mucus and stuff out of the sinuses and lymphatics by getting the liver to have a higher capacity for drainage. It works very well and were using a lot of it.                 Don’t forget that we have changed our Health Shop/Patient Education Workshop times so that the

The Growing List of COVID Lies

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Lockdowns, social distancing, school and business closures, universal mask wearing, use of face shields and plastic barriers, travel restrictions, the use of PCR tests to diagnose infection, the choice of treatments and the safety and effectiveness of the COVID jabs — all of these countermeasures were based on a combination of lies, fraud and/or willful ignorance Universal lockdowns have never before been used as a pandemic prevention measure, and for good reason. It doesn’t work. To prevent spread of infection, you isolate those who are actually sick. Healthy people cannot spread infection, so there’s no reason to isolate them An August 2020 analysis of COVID-19 surveillance data from the top 50 countries in terms of reported cases also concluded that border closures, lockdowns and wide-spread testing had no impact on COVID-19 mortality per million people. Another paper published in 2021 found lockdowns were actually associated with increases in excess mortality Th
