  Welcome back Natural Health Family! I hope everyone had a great weekend and got to enjoy some sunshine. As we enter into the fall and winter seasons it’s important to consider our own health. These times are known for an incline in different health related issues such as colds, flus, etc. Instead of looking at the sickness and what may happen in the months to come, let's keep our focus on what we can do to allow health to be expressed in our lives.  It is nearing time for the holidays as we have just passed Halloween weekend. Holiday season means spending time with family and friends. It also means that we will eat different foods and drink different drinks.   Hello Everyone at Natural Health Nation -      Another great weekend and it's looking like fall more and more. The farmers are really going to town with Harvest now and when you step outside you can hear combines running and grain dryers humming, around our neighborhood at least. It's so nice to have green grass and tree leaves yet this late in the year but I'm sure that will come to an end all too soon. We've been working with a lot of sinus issues and of course get great results with our supplements of nutritional products and homeopathic products. We will also start focusing on vitamin D as when the  days are shorter and people are outside less they start to get low on vitamin D and need supplementation.   Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation -      Another beautiful weekend and it really seems dry. We did some digging on a drainage tile and the ground is wet  down a foot or so. The grass is drying out and at least we're not having to mow grass as much. There seems to be plenty of jobs to do outside as everyone knows the nice weather will not stay around forever. We're going through a lot of Cataplex ACP and Boswellia Complex at our office as these two supplements really help to heal the body from all of the extra work and toil that we're going through right now getting ready for  fall and winter. It's a great time of year as the humidity is down and the farmers are starting to harvest. Be on the watch for equipment that they use on the roads as it goes pretty slow, but at least most of it is big and easy to see.
