Immune Systems

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation -      What a beautiful weekend. We even had a little rain in there to keep the grass green. I'm so thankful that the  tree leaves are so green yet which gives us hope that fall will be here for quite a while longer. Fall is such a great time of year, it's just what comes after that worries me. Especially with the condition of this country's citizens' immune system with all the Jabs and such. I wonder how it's going to turn out. At Natural Health, we're working hard to get our patients immune systems in Tip-Top shape for the winter and have good suggestions on keeping it that way. True actual Health has never been more important and I hope everyone out there is taking that into consideration with all the craziness going on.       The article that I'm enclosing looks at some of the myths surrounding the vaccine craziness and talking points about keeping the immune system strong. One of t...

Appreciation

Hello again Natural Health Family. Over the weekend I had the chance to talk to an older age group and see a different perspective on aspects of life. I listened to what they had gone through in their lives and how it allowed them to view the world through a different lens. Today I wanted to talk about appreciation and how looking at life differently can help us.  Life is quite an amazing journey. When we look back we can see all the trials and tribulations that have led us to where we are today. However, many times people get caught up looking at all the issues that happened in their lives. They see all the chaos in the world and think why all this wrong is happening. They start to criticize and blame situations in life and see themselves as a victim. People can fall into this habit of thinking because of all the information out there. Our minds tend to focus not on the good but on the bad. This is because the mind tries to focus on survival and how to avoid danger. This wa...

New Law to Force Masks While Swimming

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Spain’s Ministry of Health announced a new law that would make masks mandatory in all public spaces, even if no one else is around — including when sunbathing at the beach or swimming in the ocean While face masks were already mandatory in public and outdoor spaces when keeping a distance of 1.5 meters (3.2 feet) or more wasn’t possible, the updated rule suggests that mask usage is mandated at all times, even when “socially distanced” A number of regional governments immediately suggested that they would defy the initial orders, while the tourism industry also criticized the move Just days after releasing the new rules, the Spanish health ministry proposed revisions that would allow people to forgo a mask at the beach if they are swimming, playing a sport or resting in a fixed spot, and maintaining a distance of 1.5 meters from other people The public narrative is building prejudice against people who refuse to wear masks, such that some are now fearful of peopl...

Emotions

Hey everyone. How are you? Really, how is your life going? Emotions are one of those topics that many do not like to talk about because they are afraid what will come to the surface or it is “Not Manly” to talk about emotions. Little that many know, emotions have a huge impact on causing disease to the body and mind. A part of the mind that we all have specializes in staying comfortable. Staying in their safe space.  If we see a lion, this part of the mind will keep us alive. This goes for everything else we do. Everything. We. Do. From talking to that cute girl across the bar to learning how to ride a bike. It has helped the human species stay alive throughout the time.  As it pertains to everyday life, many of us fear how vulnerable we would be if we talk about emotions. It’s not something that is talked about on a daily basis and it shows with our own health. I recommend you talk about what is on your mind to others, especially your loved ones. This will help release...

Ever Thought Emotions Can Affect Your Heart?

Hey everyone, how did January go? Are your New Year’s Resolutions still riding strong? If not, it’s because you haven’t made it a habit within your mind to be second nature for you yet. Quite simple, but one of the hardest things we have to do in our lives if we want to live the life of our dreams. Discipline. It’s just how it works and it's the reason why the sick stay sick and the healthy stay healthy. Healthy people are BEING Healthy and sick people are BEING sick. When I w...

COVID-19 Testing Scandal Deepens

Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola Experts are now coming forward in growing numbers denouncing mass PCR testing as foolhardy and nonsensical if not outright criminal PCR tests cannot distinguish between “live” viruses and inactive (noninfectious) viral particles and therefore cannot be used as a diagnostic tool. They also cannot confirm that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms as the test cannot rule out diseases caused by other bacterial or viral pathogens The tests have exceptionally high false result rates. The higher the cycle threshold (CT) — i.e., the number of amplification cycles used to detect RNA particles — the greater the chance of a false positive. Beyond 34 cycles, your chance of a positive PCR test being a true positive shrinks to zero Florida recently became the first state to require all labs in the state to report the CT used for their PCR tests The SARS-CoV-2 PCR test was developed based on a genetic sequence published by Chinese scientists, not ...

Winter and Positive Thinking

Hello Natural Health family. We have been blessed with great warm weather recently. We all know soon that the weather will be colder, the snow will fall and days are already shorter. This happens every year so relax. Many people tend to get caught up in the “negative” aspects of the winter months and the weather that comes with it. Well since it is coming anyway then how about looking at all the good to come.   Now I know that it can be difficult to look at things in a more positive way especially if we have had some bad experiences with it. In regards to the snow fall you might dread to think of all the snow you have had to shovel. Or the freezing temperatures that may have caused issues such as pipes bursting. We have had all our fair shares of so called problems that we had to face with the wintery months. However, what about the many great things such as when you were younger. You may have liked to go sledding, had some snowball fights, built some snowmen (and wom...
