No Worries

Welcome back Natural Health Family. I imagined everyone got to enjoy themselves by either having fun with others or working on projects for future activities. Many times when we get overwhelmed by what we have to do or everything that needs to get done we tend to become worried. Today let’s talk about how we can acknowledge worry and start to direct ourselves towards a better way of thinking.  I think we can all agree that everyone may worry a little every now and then. Worry is an indicator that we are thinking about something that might happen poorly in the future based on what we have been through in the past. Imagine if you will if or when you had to give a speech in front of the class during school. The days and moments leading up to it you may have stressed out thinking about the many ways it could go wrong or how others would think of you based on your delivery of the speech. Some may worry about what grade they will get or how many um’s or uh’s they will say or eve...

Appreciation

Hello again Natural Health Family. Over the weekend I had the chance to talk to an older age group and see a different perspective on aspects of life. I listened to what they had gone through in their lives and how it allowed them to view the world through a different lens. Today I wanted to talk about appreciation and how looking at life differently can help us.  Life is quite an amazing journey. When we look back we can see all the trials and tribulations that have led us to where we are today. However, many times people get caught up looking at all the issues that happened in their lives. They see all the chaos in the world and think why all this wrong is happening. They start to criticize and blame situations in life and see themselves as a victim. People can fall into this habit of thinking because of all the information out there. Our minds tend to focus not on the good but on the bad. This is because the mind tries to focus on survival and how to avoid danger. This wa...

Be For Something

Hello Natural Health Family. We have faced a lot of colder weather recently. I hope everyone is able to stay warm and know that spring is coming. Today we will talk about the subtle difference between being for something rather than being against it and why it is important.  When is the last time you wanted to change something in your life but always found yourself thinking about what you don’t want. We have been thinking in a mode of survival for thousands of years. This mode of thinking would be to prepare for the worst incase something bad or unfortunate were to happen. This makes sense when people were needing to prepare for long winters, to protect themselves from other predators, gather as much food as possible, etc. That is how we have thought for long periods of time. However, our environment is not like that anymore. Now it is more involved with finances, rent, how people think of us, what to say to others, etc. This can create the same response in our bodies. Thi...

Talking With Others

Hello Natural Health Family. I apologize for not getting the last post uploaded but hope this post will make up for it. I wanted today to illustrate the importance of how we talk to others and about ourselves. When we think of the new science of quantum, which is more based on energy and how it influences our lives, we should take into consideration our words and how they can be influencing our lives.  Recently and in the past I have heard more people talk as if they are victims of their lives. They say things like “with my luck” then end it with something bad happening. I don’t know how we ever got to the point of saying that but unfortunately many people do which creates a negative downward spiraling attitude to always have something to blame outside of us. Our words are a form of energy and people know that hateful words can be detrimental to men, women, and children. When we start to talk better about ourselves and others, we tend to see more good in the world. However, whe...
