Healthy Choosing

Welcome back Natural Health Family! I hope everyone had a great weekend and got to enjoy some sunshine. As we enter into the fall and winter seasons it’s important to consider our own health. These times are known for an incline in different health related issues such as colds, flus, etc. Instead of looking at the sickness and what may happen in the months to come, let's keep our focus on what we can do to allow health to be expressed in our lives.  It is nearing time for the holidays as we have just passed Halloween weekend. Holiday season means spending time with family and friends. It also means that we will eat different foods and drink different drinks. What we eat and drink can be detrimental or beneficial to our own health. I think in general many people know that good foods to eat would be more of your whole foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, meats, etc. Other foods (when consumed in excess) may cause us health issues such as sodas, cakes, cookies, and other s...

New Law to Force Masks While Swimming

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Spain’s Ministry of Health announced a new law that would make masks mandatory in all public spaces, even if no one else is around — including when sunbathing at the beach or swimming in the ocean While face masks were already mandatory in public and outdoor spaces when keeping a distance of 1.5 meters (3.2 feet) or more wasn’t possible, the updated rule suggests that mask usage is mandated at all times, even when “socially distanced” A number of regional governments immediately suggested that they would defy the initial orders, while the tourism industry also criticized the move Just days after releasing the new rules, the Spanish health ministry proposed revisions that would allow people to forgo a mask at the beach if they are swimming, playing a sport or resting in a fixed spot, and maintaining a distance of 1.5 meters from other people The public narrative is building prejudice against people who refuse to wear masks, such that some are now fearful of peopl...

Is Wearing Three Masks Better Than One?

Analysis by  Dr. Joseph Mercola STORY AT-A-GLANCE In order to “maximize protection” against COVID-19, researchers recommended layering two types of masks or using a three-layer mask to keep particles out There’s just one pesky problem to covering your mouth and nose with multiple layers of material: “At some point, ‘we run the risk of making it too hard to breathe’” In the included video, Dr. Ted Noel uses a vaping device and several different types of masks — including disposable and cloth — to illustrate that vapor clearly passes around and through the masks The first randomized controlled trial of the effectiveness of surgical face masks against SARS-CoV-2 infection found masks did not statistically significantly reduce the incidence of infection Researchers writing in PeerJ said cloth masks have “poor filtering efficiency” due to large, open pores present in the masks; this got even worse after washing, with filtering efficiency dropping by 20% after the mask was washed ...

Masks and Viruses

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             I hope that everyone had a great weekend and enjoyed some rain. I missed talking to you last week because of the Labor Day holiday but did send out the list of independent media that I use and hope you find it informative. The mainstream media is bought and paid for by advertisers so not a great place for actual facts, it seems to be mostly propaganda now. Quite different from the days of Walter Cronkite! The weather is changing too and fall is fast approaching. We are using a lot of our Albizia Complex product for allergy symptoms as all the fall weed pollen's are in the air. Hopefully the rain well have cleaned the air up a bit, but know that it is available and works very well without side effects.             I am including an article today on the false sense of security that masks are giving people. Our theme f...

More Evidence Masks Don’t Work to Prevent COVID-19

STORY AT-A-GLANCE According to British deputy chief medical officer Dr. Jenny Harries, the evidence for face masks is “not very strong in either direction.” Sweden’s coronavirus pandemic response leader, Dr. Anders Tegnell, dismisses the scientific evidence for mask-wearing, calling it “astonishingly weak” White House coronavirus task force coordinator Dr. Deborah Birx is urging Americans to wear their mask whenever they’re around others, including other household members, while admitting that “when people start to realize that 99% of us are going to be fine,” compliance becomes “more and more difficult” A 2015 study found health care workers wearing cloth masks had a 72% higher rate of laboratory-confirmed respiratory virus infections, when compared to those wearing medical masks or controls (who used standard practices that included occasional medical mask wearing) A working paper by the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) suggests draconian lockdown measures implemente...
