End Of The Year

Hello Natural Health Family! It is getting that much closer to more holidays and the end of 2020. What a year full of ups, downs, ins and outs. As we enter 2021, it would be wise to evaluate our lives and see if there are things that we would like to consider about modifying. Everyone has room to grow and a great way is to look at ourselves.  If you wanted to change one thing about your life what would it be. Some people want to have better relationships. Some people want more income. Some want to be better at a certain skill. Others want to start a healthy habit such as eating good food, starting an exercise routine, and/or starting a mindful practice. These are all great things for everyone but it can be overwhelming to think about. However, the best way to change or start something is to focus on getting 1% better everyday rather than comparing ourselves to the end goal or where other people are at in their lives. It is simple to start something new but not as easy sometimes as we

Your Health

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             What a nice weekend for December! I mean it’s not summertime but we didn’t have a lot of wind or snow and the sun was out most of the time, so all in all a great weekend. Hopefully folks got their Christmas shopping done so that you can rest now and just enjoy the Christmas holiday coming up. Looks like were going to have some cold weather so keep the blankets handy. Hope everyone can also take your minds off of all the commotion going on in our country and just focus more on Christmas and the meaning thereof. I think we can all use a little more of that. I’m really enjoying watching old Christmas movies and remembering the days before all this hubbub.             The article that I’m including today looks at the Covid PCR testing and how inaccurate it is, again looking at reducing the fear that has been caused by mainstream media. We’ve been posting a lot of information on independent media and why it’s so important to look at

COVID-19 Testing Scandal Deepens

Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola Experts are now coming forward in growing numbers denouncing mass PCR testing as foolhardy and nonsensical if not outright criminal PCR tests cannot distinguish between “live” viruses and inactive (noninfectious) viral particles and therefore cannot be used as a diagnostic tool. They also cannot confirm that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms as the test cannot rule out diseases caused by other bacterial or viral pathogens The tests have exceptionally high false result rates. The higher the cycle threshold (CT) — i.e., the number of amplification cycles used to detect RNA particles — the greater the chance of a false positive. Beyond 34 cycles, your chance of a positive PCR test being a true positive shrinks to zero Florida recently became the first state to require all labs in the state to report the CT used for their PCR tests The SARS-CoV-2 PCR test was developed based on a genetic sequence published by Chinese scientists, not the

Envy

Hello Natural Health family! We are getting closer to Christmas day. Although it may likely be different than previous years, it is still a time to cherish with family and loved ones. We may tend to think about what others have or where we are at in life during these times. I would like to discuss something I learned that helped me see things through a different lens. We will discuss two different topics for today, which are important for health, envy and noninterference.  We may think of envy as wanting something that somebody else has. I would  agree with that statement. However, there is more to the story. We are human and have some envy in us at times. Whenever we feel lack, suffering, or not enough, etc we feel envy. Envy is not entirely a bad feeling because it gives us direction towards a brighter way. However, when we indulge in the feeling of being superior to others then we are practicing envy. Envy prevents us from taking the time to understand others when communicating.

Christmas Time

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             Did you get your Christmas shopping done over the weekend? It wasn’t a bad weekend weather-wise but it’s definitely colder than we like. It still isn’t too bad though as there is not tons of snow on the ground or ice. I really can’t believe that we only have one full week before Christmas week. Where does time go? Hopefully you will have some time off from work and be able to enjoy Christmas time with friends and family and just relax a bit. It’s a great time of year to look at your health status and see what needs improving. At Natural Health, we help to educate our patients to understand what it takes to be healthy and have energy and be able to enjoy life. There are lots of things to do nutritionally to control anxiety and depression, a common problem this time of year. We can help.             The article that I’m including today looks at a very simple approach but one that is ignored in the mainstream media and in mainstre

How Long Will We Ignore the Truth About Vitamin D?

Analysis by  Dr. Joseph Mercola STORY AT-A-GLANCE A scientific review published in 2006 concluded that epidemic seasonal influenza is most likely related to the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency during winter months. Since then, other studies have confirmed this theory A 2010 study found there’s an inverse relationship between UVB sun exposure — which is how your body synthesizes vitamin D naturally — and influenza deaths Vitamin D protects against tuberculosis, a fatal lung disease that kills an estimated 1.8 million people around the world each year According to recent research, 82.2% of COVID-19 patients tested were found to be deficient in vitamin D, and vitamin D status has been shown to influence your risk of testing positive for COVID-19, hospitalization rates and need for intensive care, as well as your risk of dying from the infection Vitamin D can reduce your risk of COVID-19 and other respiratory infections by reducing the survival and replication of viruses, reducing inf
