Spring Forward

Hello Natural Health Family. The weekend was filled with some great sunshine and I bet we are all looking forward to the Spring season. With Spring comes times for changes and new life to come forth. With the changing colors of the grass, the leaves, and so on we start to see a more liveliness around us. I was able to celebrate a nephew’s 6 year old birthday at the gymnastics center and it made me realize how much fun the kids can really have. Today let’s discuss how appreciation can help us move through life with more ease and the health benefits that it can bring.   Do you remember when you were a small child? What about whenever you did something for the first time? It was a new experience that you got to have for the first time. Maybe it was the time when you were learning how to ride a bike. I bet you saw other kids riding or perhaps your siblings and wanted to do the same. It was a new experience that you were so intrigued in that you didn’t have any other care in...

Hand Grenades

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 I hope that you had a great weekend and we sure enjoyed the sunshine. We tried to sit outside a few times but the wind made it seem cold. The sun was bright and the grass is starting to green up so I think we’re all looking forward to mowing grass for at least the first two or three times. I really love this time of year as there is so much promise in the growing season and is just great to see everything be green again. It’s also too early for a lot of pollen so it’s great to be outside. Don’t forget that we have lots of great supplements here at Natural Health to help with allergy symptoms and detoxifying the body.                 This week is the fourth Monday of the month so we are having our live health shop this week at 6: 15 on Instagram and Facebook and then will have the rec...

Fake Meat Dangers With Dr. Joseph Mercola

STORY AT-A-GLANCE I spoke with “Tea Time,” a program by Children’s Health Defense, about the dangers of fake meat products to help raise awareness about this latest assault on human health Fake food — including lab-grown meat, animal-free dairy and plant-based meat — is the globalists’ latest attempt to control the food supply The globalists are trying to replace animal husbandry with lab-grown meat, which will allow private companies to effectively control the human population The idea that animals must be removed from agriculture to save the planet is flawed; animals are an integral, and necessary, part of the restorative process Fake meat is an ultraprocessed mixture of chemicals, GE ingredients, pesticides and toxic linoleic acid that will promote chronic disease At face value, fake meat sounds like the perfect solution to end world hunger, protect animal welfare and save the planet from environmental destruction. Even a brief look below the surface reveals a much more nefarious re...

Healthy Odds

Hello Natural Health Family. I hope everyone was able to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day or at least enjoy some of the weekend. St. Patrick’s day is associated with having luck. Luck can be at times a fun way to generalize what happened during an event or experience. When it comes to our health, luck isn’t something we want to rely on totally. Let’s discuss some of what can help us to be healthy.  When it comes to our body, how do we feed it and what do we do to keep it moving? Food can be seen as our fuel. When you drive your car you want to put the right gas in it or else it is not going to get you very far. With our body, we want to put in good food that nourishes, builds and helps cleanse our body. This is not to say to be perfect but to be thankful for our food and what it can do for our bodies. We also want to move our body when we can during the day. Whether it is some fun activity, a workout, stretching or simply a walk, small steps can lead to great changes.  ...

Spring Has Arrived

Hello Everyone In Natural Health Nation-                 I hope that you had a great weekend, even though it was a little cold and windy. My sister drove down from Detroit Lakes Minnesota and had asked if I wanted to go along as she was headed to Florida, so I did. It was cool down there, too, the first couple days but then got hot enough that I got a little bit of a sunburn. It’s interesting that I thought it was very green down there but the local residents seem to think it’s brown yet until the spring rains come. I guess it’s all a matter of perspective. Whatever the color, it sure is better than the white of snow!                 We are still talking about diet in our Health Shop and Patient Education Workshops this month. And we don’t mean diet as far as weight loss only but the diet that you eat that helps your body repair...

Reproduced Government Study Shows Cellphones Linked to Tumors

Analysis by  Dr. Joseph Mercola       March 20, 2023   This IV Treatment for Tumors Shows Promise Conflicts of Interest: Pfizer's Secret Collusion With the NIH STORY AT-A-GLANCE In 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified cellphones as a “possible human carcinogen.” In light of three new studies, IARC is urged to upgrade it to “probable” carcinogen In February, the findings of two National Toxicology Program (NTP) animal studies were published. Male rats exposed to cellphone radiation were more likely to develop heart tumors than unexposed rats. DNA damage and damage to heart tissue was also observed In March the Ramazzini Institute published a lifetime exposure study showing a clear link between cellphone radiation and Schwann cell tumors — the same kind of tumors found by NTP Ramazzini’s study found RF radiation increased both brain and heart tumors in exposed rats. This, despite using power levels that were up to 1,000 ti...
