Celebration Week Is Here!

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-

Well, the weekend was okay. We had some sunshine and got rid of most of the snow that we got on Thursday again. It looks like this week will be warmer in general and hope they were getting past the very cold temperatures. I did hear some tree frogs croaking yesterday so they have to see through ice thrice before all the below freezing temperatures are over, at least that’s what the old wives tales say. I really like this time of year because there is so much anticipation of good weather and we can really see it coming as the days get longer. Hope the time change hasn’t messed up your sleeping habits much, but if so, just take more Cataplex G.

During the month of March were talking about Diet and this week in our health shop, were talking about Stomach and Bowel problems. It should be a very interesting health shop and that will be live on Monday night and then recorded on Brighteon.com and YouTube. At least 50% of the people that come into the office at Natural Health have digestive problems. The good news is, it’s usually fairly easy to fix, and of course, that’s what we do here at Natural Health-find the underlying problem and not covered it up with medication.

Please don’t forget that this week is our 40th anniversary on Tuesday, and we’ll have specials and taste testing’s every day of the week so please stop by if you get a chance. Bring along a friend or someone who hasn’t been to the office before and we can explain what we do here to help patients get actually healthy. I think many people are waking up after this covid bonanza and see that they need to work on being actually healthy and not waiting for the government to bail them out of some disease process. Take responsibility for your own health and let Natural Health guide you to a healthier future.

The article I’m sending along looks again at the opioid epidemic and how this is still going on. Mainstream medicine is still trying to get people to cover up symptoms rather than find the underlying cause and fix it. Don’t get me wrong, medication is important in the short term but is not nutrition and does not help the problem get better. On the contrary, most medications are hard on the liver and kidneys and then damaging those, make the underlying problem worse. A good example is people that are on high blood pressure medication for long periods of time usually end up with a weakened heart and congestive heart failure.

Have a great week and please stop by the office if you get a chance and help us celebrate our 40th anniversary. Where did the time go!

Most People Don't Reach Micronutrient Requirements Through Food Alone

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Most adolescents are not getting adequate nutrient intake from diet alone — a finding confirmed from other studies in developed countries such as Spain, France, Portugal and Germany Three-quarters of adolescents consumed less than 54% of the recommended amounts of healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and dairy products Nearly three-quarters of the youth exceeded the recommended limit for sweet and salty snacks — by 453% When nutrient intake was considered from diet alone, adolescents often consumed less than recommended amounts of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E along with the water-soluble vitamins folate, biotin and pantothenic acid The use of dietary supplements helped to increase the adolescents’ intake of vitamins and minerals, particularly magnesium and vitamin C, but this isn’t a replacement for a healthy, nutrient-rich diet While it’s possible to get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs by eating a healthy diet, most people fall short. Enjoy The Show

Hi Natural Health Family! Imagine everyone enjoyed their weekend with some great weather. Did you have a win from last week? Could be something small or a big accomplishment. Whatever it was, I hope it brought you joy in some way. Sometimes life can seem strugglesome, difficult, and overwhelming. We have the ability to reframe the way we see life. Let’s talk about our ability to respond to the way we see the world around us.  Have you ever been watching a tv show or movie and thought “wow there really isn’t anything going on in the show, there are no ups and downs, no twists and turns, it just seems so bland and boring.” Maybe you have thought of that but I would guess that you probably didn’t. The movie with the director, producer, and actors is meant to grab your attention. The director wanted to captivate the audience, of course to sell more movies, but also for the people watching to get lost in the experience of watching the movie. If the movie is really good we almost forget we

A Blessing

Hi Natural Health Family. We got some rain this weekend! It was definitely refreshing and great to see something different. I am sure many of the farmers were happy to see that along with anyone that has grass. Time to mow again haha. Just like waiting for the rain we can be more patient in other aspects of our life.  Have you ever had something happen that you thought was bad or perhaps a mistake by yourself or someone else? However, after perhaps days, weeks, months you look back and realize if that didn’t happen then you would have never realized something that helped you down the road, a blessing in disguise. Many times people get caught up in thinking that this event that happened was so bad or that it should have never happened. When we are quick to judge something then we may keep ourselves from seeing something more clearly. Of course it is okay when we get frustrated from time to time, but then we can redirect ourselves to see whatever happened in a different way we can le
