Chiropractic Month

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             Another beautiful weekend and hope you were able to get outside and see some of the great fall colors were seeing in the trees now. We had a little rain sneak in on us that helped to knock some of the dust and pollen out of the air. But there’s still plenty of fall pollens and grain dust coming at us, so keep our product called Albizia Complex in mind. It works very well to get the liver to drain the lymphatics and sinuses without side effects of over-the-counter medications, actually good for you. We use a lot of at this product this time of year until the farmers are done harvesting and a few more good rains clean the air for us. You want to be able to go outside and enjoy the nice weather before the snow flies. We are here to help at Natural Health.             October starts our Chiropractic month and we are cel...

Metabolic Inflexibility Is Key Risk Factor for COVID-19

Analysis by  Dr. Joseph Mercol a  STORY AT-A-GLANCE While SARS-CoV-2 is a rampant virus that can cause severe problems in vulnerable individuals, the real pandemic — the underlying cause that makes people susceptible to complications from the infection in the first place — is poor metabolic health Aside from old age, obesity has been identified as one of the primary risk factors for being hospitalized with COVID-19 — doubling the risk of hospitalization in patients under the age of 60 in one study One hypothesis for why obesity is worsening COVID-19 has to do with the fact that obesity causes chronic inflammation. Having more proinflammatory cytokines in circulation increases your risk of experiencing a cytokine storm Insulin resistance is another top risk factor for COVID-19 that worsens outcomes and increases your risk of death There are five primary parameters of metabolic health: waist circumference, insulin sensitivity, blood pressure, and triglyceride and HDL leve...

Emotions

Natural Health Family! We will be continuing our journey of post on different degrees of emotions and why it is important to know them. The two we will talk about today are greed and kindness.  Greed is an excessive desire for power, wealth, prestige, security, or any personal satisfaction or gratification. Many people tend to fall in the trap of wanting to gain more of something the easiest and shortest way possible. This has led many to be entangled in greed because they wanted that quick gratification. It is nice to receive things in a nice quick manner at times but should not be the basis of how we acquire things in life. Just like the people that win massive amounts of money all of a sudden only to find themselves quickly bankrupt or worse than they were before. When we fail to understand that many great things in life such as the arts, inventions, music, skills, technology or other amazing things we have experienced in life came from persistence and a willingness to ...

Prevention

It’s definitely looking more and more like Fall and the tree leaves are coming down faster. Still a lot of green leaves so Fall is just getting started. It’s a great time of year as were getting rid of the high heat, just as long as we don’t get into the cold too fast. A lot of people are having problems with allergy symptoms due to all the Fall flower pollen and farmers in the field. We use a lot of our Albizia Complex product as it helps the liver to drain faster and remove the cause of these symptoms. Just let us know if we can help, that’s why were here at Natural Health.             I’ve included an article today talking about the lack of liability of the companies who are producing these vaccines that will be released soon. What You Need to Know About the Act of 1986

Analysis by  Dr. Joseph Mercola STORY AT-A-GLANCE The documentary, “1986: The Act,” is a historical description of how the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 came into being. The Act shields manufacturers from liability and requires those injured by vaccines to sue the U.S. government for compensation instead The film, produced by Dr. Andrew Wakefield, is included in the NVIC’s international public conference on vaccination, which will be held online October 16 through 18, 2020 “1986: The Act” illustrates the dangers of removing a product — vaccines — from the constraints of the free market, as it removes incentives for safety The vaccine industry has created a perfect business model for profitability. They need not conduct proper safety studies, which are both costly and time consuming, and have no liability for harms done by their products In the case of the dangerous whole-cell pertussis vaccine — the injuries from which played a role in getting liability shiel...

Worry

Hello again everyone. Today we will continue the series of emotions and specifically talk about worry and hope. These emotions affect many people today and this post will help you understand the relevance they play in your health.  Worry comes when we are thinkin g about the future based on our experience or memories of the past. It makes us fearful of what is going to happen or what could go wrong. It causes distress in our minds and leads to other feelings such as that of fear, anxiety, regret, etc. When our minds are constantly being preoccupied by past or future events our mind gets scattered and our nervous systems become overly sensitive. This may lead to many illnesses if not checked. Everyone is going through or will go through challenges and experiences in life that may bring the emotion of worry. When we experience a challenge we must either overcome it or adapt to it. Many people tend to try to think constantly for a solution to a problem and when no solution ap...

Nerve Diseases

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             Well I think we’re definitely in the Fall season. Temperatures are getting colder and we might have to use the furnaces soon. It’s great that the tree leaves are still green though, so were not too deep into it yet. Many people tell me that they like Fall and is one of their favorite seasons, but don’t really like what comes after. I think I would have to agree. One of the good things about winter is that we can slow down a little bit. But that’s a few months off so enjoy Fall and realize that nutritional needs will be different as we adapt to the cooler weather. This is one of the reasons that we check patients nutritionally at least 4 times a year, to make sure we keep their needs covered.             The topic for our health shop this week is nerve diseases and will cover a broad spectrum of these. The article th...
