What A Great Weekend!

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-

Another beautiful weekend and I hope you were able to enjoy it! Things are still so nice and green and we even got a little rain to help keep that going. The grass is growing well and the tree leaves are getting bigger, as well as all the crops in the farmlands, and of course, the weeds in the garden. Everything’s growing and it’s great to be here in the Midwest and see that happen. We’re having a little heat during the day from time to time but then some cooler nights which makes the mornings so enjoyable. The days have been getting longer but that will soon change and will head back the other way. Time just gets by so quickly, so enjoy every day as you can.

This month were talking about Men’s Health and in this week’s health shop, we will be talking about Prostate Issues. As always though, we have lots of general information that everyone can get some good from and help them to be healthier. We get lots of feedback from folks on how they enjoy our health shops and we really enjoy putting them on too. Again, they are live at 6:15 on Monday nights and then we will post them to Brighteon.com and YouTube. I hope that you can get a chance to review these health shops and even look for certain topics if interested.

The article that I’m sending along this week looks at phyto-chemicals in mushrooms and how they are so helpful to the body. My point is that there are many types of these nutrients in plants that our bodies use to be healthy and even though we don’t know what those names are, or can pronounce them, eating healthy sources of food is the fuel that our bodies are meant to work on. This is not only for energy but for repair of tissues and replacement of old minerals so the body can stay young. People that age quickly do not have enough nutritional building blocks to repair the damage of all the environmental stress they are under. At Natural Health, we help our patients to be at optimum energy so that their bodies can replace itself and heal as it needs, thus avoiding early aging and degenerative type diseases. Mainstream medicine is all about treatment and that’s fine if you’re already in a disease state, but we feel that using a few basic rules in our daily lives with regards to what we eat and what’s in our environment, we can prevent the need for all this treatment.

Most People Don't Reach Micronutrient Requirements Through Food Alone

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Most adolescents are not getting adequate nutrient intake from diet alone — a finding confirmed from other studies in developed countries such as Spain, France, Portugal and Germany Three-quarters of adolescents consumed less than 54% of the recommended amounts of healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and dairy products Nearly three-quarters of the youth exceeded the recommended limit for sweet and salty snacks — by 453% When nutrient intake was considered from diet alone, adolescents often consumed less than recommended amounts of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E along with the water-soluble vitamins folate, biotin and pantothenic acid The use of dietary supplements helped to increase the adolescents’ intake of vitamins and minerals, particularly magnesium and vitamin C, but this isn’t a replacement for a healthy, nutrient-rich diet While it’s possible to get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs by eating a healthy diet, most people fall short. Enjoy The Show

Hi Natural Health Family! Imagine everyone enjoyed their weekend with some great weather. Did you have a win from last week? Could be something small or a big accomplishment. Whatever it was, I hope it brought you joy in some way. Sometimes life can seem strugglesome, difficult, and overwhelming. We have the ability to reframe the way we see life. Let’s talk about our ability to respond to the way we see the world around us.  Have you ever been watching a tv show or movie and thought “wow there really isn’t anything going on in the show, there are no ups and downs, no twists and turns, it just seems so bland and boring.” Maybe you have thought of that but I would guess that you probably didn’t. The movie with the director, producer, and actors is meant to grab your attention. The director wanted to captivate the audience, of course to sell more movies, but also for the people watching to get lost in the experience of watching the movie. If the movie is really good we almost forget we

A Blessing

Hi Natural Health Family. We got some rain this weekend! It was definitely refreshing and great to see something different. I am sure many of the farmers were happy to see that along with anyone that has grass. Time to mow again haha. Just like waiting for the rain we can be more patient in other aspects of our life.  Have you ever had something happen that you thought was bad or perhaps a mistake by yourself or someone else? However, after perhaps days, weeks, months you look back and realize if that didn’t happen then you would have never realized something that helped you down the road, a blessing in disguise. Many times people get caught up in thinking that this event that happened was so bad or that it should have never happened. When we are quick to judge something then we may keep ourselves from seeing something more clearly. Of course it is okay when we get frustrated from time to time, but then we can redirect ourselves to see whatever happened in a different way we can le
