40 Years ago in March

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-

It was a pretty nice weekend, all in all. No more snow and was nice to have the sunshine and a little warmer temperatures. Looks like this week will be even warmer and hopefully were climbing out of winter. It’s really easy to notice that the days are growing longer and that’s a positive sign of spring coming, plus the birds are sure flying around and chirping in the morning. It will be great to be outside more and get the vitamin D activated with good warm sunshine soon.

It’s still February so were talking about heart issues. Our health shop this week will be looking at heart issues and repair. There seems to be a lot of heart issues out there now with the myocarditis and pericarditis issues. I’ve seen mainstream doctors talk about not being able to repair this but we do it all the time here at Natural Health. You just have to work with the body instead of trying to treat it. Don’t forget that we do those live on Facebook and Instagram at 6 o’clock on Monday nights, and then put them on Brighteon.com and YouTube. Dr. Chip and I try to give a lot of good basic information that you can use the next day and help you to understand why certain things are important for health, and I mean real health and vitality, not just covering up symptoms with medications.

The article that I’m enclosing looks at the fact that many people are deficient in vitamin D but the sad fact is that many of them may be taking a supplement but not absorbing it, digesting it, or activating it with sunshine. At Natural Health and with our Nutrition Response Testing technique, we can “ask” your body what it needs and what it wants to be able to repair itself correctly and have more energy for all the systems to work correctly. Again, the body has the wisdom to heal itself if the barriers are removed, things like heavy metals and food allergies, and given the right basic materials to repair itself. Our bodies have much greater wisdom in repairing itself then what mainstream medicine thinks it has. We are here to help you and yours gain health and keep it.

Don’t forget about our 40th anniversary here at Natural Health coming up on March 15. We have ongoing specials and drawings through that week and it should be a lot of fun. Even if you don’t have an appointment at this time, please stop by and join in the festivities.

Most People Don't Reach Micronutrient Requirements Through Food Alone

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Most adolescents are not getting adequate nutrient intake from diet alone — a finding confirmed from other studies in developed countries such as Spain, France, Portugal and Germany Three-quarters of adolescents consumed less than 54% of the recommended amounts of healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and dairy products Nearly three-quarters of the youth exceeded the recommended limit for sweet and salty snacks — by 453% When nutrient intake was considered from diet alone, adolescents often consumed less than recommended amounts of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E along with the water-soluble vitamins folate, biotin and pantothenic acid The use of dietary supplements helped to increase the adolescents’ intake of vitamins and minerals, particularly magnesium and vitamin C, but this isn’t a replacement for a healthy, nutrient-rich diet While it’s possible to get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs by eating a healthy diet, most people fall short. Enjoy The Show

Hi Natural Health Family! Imagine everyone enjoyed their weekend with some great weather. Did you have a win from last week? Could be something small or a big accomplishment. Whatever it was, I hope it brought you joy in some way. Sometimes life can seem strugglesome, difficult, and overwhelming. We have the ability to reframe the way we see life. Let’s talk about our ability to respond to the way we see the world around us.  Have you ever been watching a tv show or movie and thought “wow there really isn’t anything going on in the show, there are no ups and downs, no twists and turns, it just seems so bland and boring.” Maybe you have thought of that but I would guess that you probably didn’t. The movie with the director, producer, and actors is meant to grab your attention. The director wanted to captivate the audience, of course to sell more movies, but also for the people watching to get lost in the experience of watching the movie. If the movie is really good we almost forget we

A Blessing

Hi Natural Health Family. We got some rain this weekend! It was definitely refreshing and great to see something different. I am sure many of the farmers were happy to see that along with anyone that has grass. Time to mow again haha. Just like waiting for the rain we can be more patient in other aspects of our life.  Have you ever had something happen that you thought was bad or perhaps a mistake by yourself or someone else? However, after perhaps days, weeks, months you look back and realize if that didn’t happen then you would have never realized something that helped you down the road, a blessing in disguise. Many times people get caught up in thinking that this event that happened was so bad or that it should have never happened. When we are quick to judge something then we may keep ourselves from seeing something more clearly. Of course it is okay when we get frustrated from time to time, but then we can redirect ourselves to see whatever happened in a different way we can le
