Healthcare

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 I hope that you all had a very happy Thanksgiving and didn’t overeat too much-ha. It ended up being a nice weekend but still a little cool. We were even able to sit out on the deck in the afternoon and soak up some vitamin D activating sunshine. I hope that you were able to catch up on all the news from your friends and relatives without stressing out too much. I sort of look at Thanksgiving as the precursor to Christmas and that season and ours was a successful preliminary event. I have relatives that live to the north and they may not be down much for Christmas so was very glad to talk to them and catch up on all the news.                 The article I’m sending along this week looks at the trouble with mainstream medicines top down approach to healthcare. This is showin...

mRNA Vaccines Put You at Risk for Acute Coronary Syndrome

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Using the PULS cardiac test, researchers have found Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID shots dramatically increase biomarkers associated with thrombosis, cardiomyopathy and other vascular events following vaccination Pre- and post-injection PULS tests for 566 patients were compared. On average, their PULS scores went from an 11% five-year risk for acute coronary syndrome, to a more than double, 25%, five-year risk Those who got the injection for fear that COVID-19 might adversely affect their heart now face the grim reality that they’ve exchanged a potential risk for a more certain one Another paper details how the mRNA shot can cause thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) through a mechanism that involves the activation of platelets by antibodies against the spike protein (anti-spike antibodies) A mystery that remains to be solved is why only certain people with antibodies to the spike protein (anti-spike antibodies) go on to develop symptoms of platelet activation a...

Holiday Stress

Good Day Natural Health Family! I imagine everyone had a good Thanksgiving weekend with food and family. As we continue in the holiday season we will encounter the situations it brings. From eating different foods, to shopping, to interactions with family, to what’s going on in the world and so on we will have stress that will keep going on and on. So what can we do to help ourselves adapt to the stress in life? Let’s talk about some things that we can do so that we can stay healthy even in the extremes of times.  During the holiday season we go through various situations and conditions that can alter the way we think and feel. Life can be funny and interesting at times. It can also be scary and overwhelming at times. When we become more aware of the ups and downs of life we can start to not get so entangled in whatever turmoil knowing that it soon shall pass. Understanding that we have had many challenges and obstacles in the past that we have overcome also helps us build t...

Ready For Thanksgiving?

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 I hope that you enjoyed your weekend. We are having some nice fall days in here but the trend is colder, so I guess that means winter might be coming. I’ve seen several brown woolly worms out there so I’m hoping that means the winter will be mild-ha. We’ve been talking all this month about keeping your immune system in good shape no matter what the weather is outside, this especially goes for winter as we start losing our stores of vitamin D and need to be aware of keeping the immune system in good shape so no one ends up with flu and colds in January and February.                 While I’m thinking about it-I hope that you all have a very happy Thanksgiving and are able to get together with your relatives and friends and not be fearful of bugs flying around-ha. Stick with...

Thankful

Welcome back Natural Health Family. The weather is starting to get cooler as we are heading more into the holiday season. Thanksgiving is coming up soon and we know that we will be getting to celebrate our time with good food and good family. Many times we tend to get busy with all of life’s situations. However, thanksgiving can be a time for us to slow down, reflect, and acknowledge what we can truly be grateful for. A time to celebrate the time we have with others and share our gratitude toward what we have in our lives. Let’s reflect on how gratitude can be a valuable asset to our health and well being.  When you think of gratitude, what do you think of? Do you think of times when you receive a gift from someone during the holidays such as presents during Christmas? Do you think of times when you are about to wipe out or you fall and realize the fall could have been much worse. Perhaps when a relative gets into an accident that could have been fatal but only gets some min...

Global Organization Attempts to End Free Speech Worldwide

STORY AT-A-GLANCE The International Grand Committee on Disinformation (IGCD) consists of “an international array of legislators, policy advisers, and other experts” who work together “to forge international alliances that bring shared, effective strategies into the battle against online disinformation” The founders of the IGCD are four members of the British and Canadian Parliaments, including British MP Damian Collins, who is also on the board of the Centers for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH). The CCDH fabricates reports that are then used to strip people of their freedom of speech rights Logistics for the IGCD are provided by the Reset Initiative (a not-so-subtle reminder that censorship is a requirement for The Great Reset), which is part of The Omidyar Group of philanthropies Omidyar funds Whistleblower Aid, the legal counsel for the fake Facebook “whistleblower” Frances Haugen, who has testified before U.S., French, British and European Union lawmakers, calling for more censorship...

When Worried Have Hope

Hello again Natural Health Family. I imagine everyone is doing well and staying warm. This month we have been talking about the fall weather and our immune system health. Many people tend to talk more about the sickness that comes with colder weather seasons. However, a study of health is vastly more beneficial than sickness so let’s direct our focus towards our expectations of health during the upcoming season.  There are many causes that can affect our own health and well being. One thing that we may consider is the emotion of worry. Worry may seem like a harmless trait that we overlook. However, when we think about the effects that it can have on our bodies then it is up to us to be able to lessen and/or rid completely. How does worry cause us health issues? When we worry many of our bodily functions start to change. Our body thinks that there is danger in its environment so instead of helping to digest foods, prepare our immune systems for action, keep our hormones balanced (th...

What Beautiful Fall Color!

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 I hope that everyone had a great weekend despite the cold weather. We did some traveling to the south and enjoyed the colorful trees even though some of them had already dropped their leaves. It’s nice to travel but always nice to get home. It seemed to me that most folks are getting over the covid   stuff and even saying “Hi” to others again. We even had a guy talk to us in the elevator which we haven’t seen for quite some time. I think most folks are over it but still a few holdouts. Of course, our thought is to just be healthy and have a strong immune system and you don’t have to worry about it.                 During the month of November, we are talking about getting ready for winter and on this week’s health shop, we are talking about fall allergies. We’ve had s...

Pfizer Whistleblower Sinks Vaccine Trial Integrity

STORY AT-A-GLANCE According to a whistleblower who worked on Pfizer’s Phase 3 COVID jab trial, data were falsified, patients were unblinded, the company hired poorly trained people to administer the injections, and follow-up on reported side effects lagged way behind Brook Jackson was the regional director of Ventavia Research Group, a research organization charged with testing Pfizer’s COVID jab at several sites in Texas. Jackson repeatedly “informed her superiors of poor laboratory management, patient safety concerns, and data integrity issues,” and when her concerns were ignored, she finally filed a complaint with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration The FDA did not follow up on her complaint. Ventavia was not one of the nine trial locations audited, and Pfizer did not bring any of those issues up when applying for emergency use authorization for its COVID shot Documentation shared by Jackson shows a Ventavia executive had identified three site staff members who had falsified...
