Being Grateful and Thankful

Hello again Natural Health Family. I know that Thanksgiving has come and gone. However, practicing gratitude and thankfulness all year long helps to keep a good mindset leading to good health. We sometimes feel the need to receive something in order to feel thankful but I will show you that there are many things you can be grateful for right now.  Now everyone goes through their own ups and downs. There are times when we can feel overwhelmed and that everything seems to be falling apart. Sometimes it may seem like something that we want to be accomplished seems so far out of reach. We tend to be anxious or feel depressed when things don’t happen the way we expected them to happen. This is what many people call life. Life can appear chaotic but when we become still and realize everything that we can be grateful for life, it tends to turn back the other way. The practice of gratitude not only is calming to our mind (which relieves stress on our nervous systems) but it brings...

Strong Immune Systems

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             I hope that everyone out there had a great Thanksgiving weekend and was able to catch up with relatives and friends, even on zoom or facetime if you had to. It sure is strange times and were beginning to see more and more what the purpose are behind these policies. We had a great time over the weekend eating good food and catching up on the “news”. We’re trying to get our Christmas get-togethers planned out and hoping to keep them almost “normal”. Many people are talking about this virus business and how the testing has everybody positive. The point that I want to make is that viruses being viruses, each person will have to deal with it eventually sometime. With this being the case, it’s important to get your immune system working correctly so that one you get exposed to this virus or that virus and your body handles it correctly and easily with few symptoms. It looks to ...

Psychiatrist Blows the Whistle on Pandemic Fearmongering

Analysis by  Dr. Joseph Mercola STORY AT-A-GLANCE There’s an entire school of research within public health on how to frighten people, known as “fear appeal” Fear appeal is based on the premise that to successfully implement a public health measure, you must first highlight a threat. And, to work, the threat must be made personal, so that people fear for their personal safety Next, you give people something immediate to do that will set them on the path of cooperating with the plan in its entirety. Examples during the COVID-19 pandemic include not leaving your house, wearing a mask, staying 6 feet apart, closing certain businesses and keeping children home from school. In the future, we can expect to be told we must get vaccinated and digitally tracked before we can resume life as normal By adding confusion to the mix, you can bring an individual from fear to anxiety — a state of confusion in which you can no longer think logically. In this state, you are more easily manipul...

Thanksgiving

Hello everyone! Let’s talk about this year’s thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is just that, giving thanks for all the blessings that are in our lives. We are living in different times and many are struggling to see the good in these times. Let’s go over a couple topics so we don’t lose sight of the why we celebrate Thanksgiving.   We might see with everything going on that we start to become frustrated about not being able to spend time with loved ones that we normally do at this time. However, we can take it with a different approach. How about instead of seeing all the restrictions or limitations to see others, we look for the good in what is happening. Perhaps it is time to focus on building our relationships with the people that we are with, the close ones that we are able to spend time with. This is a time when we can grow even closer to our family and friends. We tend to overthink about what we say to others but when we follow our hearts we are able to allow space for e...

Plague and Corruption

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             Another great weekend-for November-ha. Looks like we need to get used to colder and damper weather. You may have forgotten from last year, but at Natural Health, we have many products to use to strengthen the immune system and make sure that you’re ready for a long cold spell called Winter. We’re going through a lot of 2 products right now, one being Immuplex and the other being Viranon. These are both products to help a body’s immune system with viruses. There are other products that we carry to help the body with other bugs and we hope people start to understand that these bugs will be around and have always been around, so it’s important to keep your body’s immune system working at the best possible level you can.             I’ve been reading the book entitled Plague and then the 2 nd one called Plague of Corru...

The Truth About COVID-19 'Long-Haulers'

Analysis by  Dr. Joseph Mercola STORY AT-A-GLANCE 18.1% of individuals diagnosed with COVID-19 also received a first-time psychiatric diagnosis in the 14 to 90 days afterward. Most common were anxiety disorders, insomnia and dementia An estimated 10% of patients treated for COVID-19 report fatigue, breathlessness, brain fog and/or chronic pain for three weeks or longer. This phenomenon occurs even among patients who had mild cases of COVID-19 U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data show the rate of COVID-19 patients who continue experiencing lingering health problems after recovering from acute COVID-19 may be as high as 45% Many post-acute COVID-19 patients fit the diagnostic criteria for ME/CFS, which has been linked to viral infections According to a COVID-19 treatment guide, many of these “long COVID” patients do spontaneously recover — albeit slowly — with holistic support, rest, symptomatic treatment and gradual increase in activity You may have seen repor...

Shadows

Good day Natural Health Family! I imagine everyone is still hanging in there with everything happening. Today I wanted to give some motivation and to put some things into perspective so you know that you are not alone in all of this. Today’s blog is about striving forward and not giving up.  The world may appear to be a bit chaotic right now. There seems to be so much going on that we don’t know what is going to be the next step in this process. We see the world and we tend to notice all “wrong” that is happening. However, let me explain that this is natural for us to do. You see, as we have come from different generations over the past millennia, we have been conditioned to be in a survival mindset. This was important because we needed to protect ourselves from threat outside of us. So when things appear in our lives that seem out of sorts or not familiar, we may find the small details that are out of place. We continually do this all the time even without us realizing. T...
