Diets and Omega-3 Fats



            Well the weather has sure taken a nice upturn. It looks like maybe the groundhog was right and spring is coming a little earlier. We have had plenty of winter already since it started on Halloween last year so we’re all ready for spring. The question is, are you ready for spring and all the activities it brings? If your joints are achy and you feel sluggish and tired all the time, you’re not healthy.             I hope that you had a chance to look over the medical freedom information that I sent last week and had a little time to send letters to your Congressman. I found out that the one senator who is sponsoring one of the bills has been paid by Merck pharmaceuticals and this is her program, not health. If we don’t wake up and let our voices be heard, we will all be forced to have vaccinations or face jail time and lose our rights to our children. It’s a great moneymaker, not only on the sale of the vaccines but on the sickness and treatment afterwards.             As we’ve moved into March, our theme has changed to Diet. I’ve included an article that looks at the need for omega-3 fats and we need to have the right source of those so our body can digest and use them. I hope that you’re seeing that the cholesterol scheme that has been used for 50 years now, is not working, and there are much better ways to watch heart health. They have sold a lot of statin drugs using this scheme and many people have paid a terrible price, and still are. The diet you eat every day is not just the “foods” that you put in your mouth but your body’s ability to digest and absorb these good nutrients. If your digestion is faulty, you will absorb carbs and sugars but not be able to break down proteins and fats and good minerals and absorb them. This is another thing we watch closely at Natural Health, your body’s ability to digest and absorb the nutrients you consume. If you don’t absorb good nutrients in your diet, you will age a lot faster and set yourself up for infection and disease processes. We can help and have helped many already.

The Need to Be Right             I’m sure that you have talked with people and discovered their need to be right. Everyone wants others to emotionally feel close to them and that what they are doing, whatever it is, is the right way to do it or is best. Many people we have talked to, have been doing things a certain way for years, or decades, or even for generations. In their mind all that time makes it seem right. The question to ask though-is it?   Natural Health Family, how is everyone doing? I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weekend and got some sunshine. Today let’s talk about communication and why it is important in our lives and for our own health.  Last weekend I explored Colorado. I went snowboarding and hiked a good amount also. I learned a lot just by getting out in nature and noticing different aspects of the forest and parks. One characteristic of the forest that I found interesting was the aspen trees. It appeared that they would appear sporadically in the forest and in groups. I was curious and wanted to learn more about them. I found out that the different aspen trees or tree trunks are not separate but they actually function as one tree. The roots of the tree are well connected so that they are able to communicate and act as one organism. I found this interesting because we tend to think that the whole tree is only about what is on the surface of the ground rather than all the roots and connections...
