Vitamins and The Immune System

I hope that you enjoyed the weekend and were able to get out and soak up some sunshine to help increase those vitamin D levels and support your immune system. With all the virus stuff going on right now, I would definitely take the time to get outside and enjoy sunshine whenever possible, and the fresh air. We have noticed and uptick in the pollens out there so increase your Antronex, Albizia Complex, or Sinus Forte. Of course, we have these at the office if you need some. And the good news is that our stock of Immuplex and Viranon are in good shape so we can help to strengthen your immune system with all of these products.

I’ve included an article this week on how the lack of B vitamins weakens the immune system, along with vitamin C complex, and guess which vitamins are burned up when people eat refined carbohydrates? You guessed it-B vitamins, so don’t eat refined carbohydrates please! Enjoy the article. Our health shop was tonight at 6 o’clock on Facebook and Instagram where we discussed what the immune system is and how to help it from a Natural Health perspective. Check out the video on Facebook

We noticed that all other businesses are putting out what they’re doing to stop the spread of this Wuhan virus so here is our list. We are washing our hands before and after each patient, disinfecting all surfaces on tables and pens and doorknobs after patients come and go (of course using nonlethal cleaning products), I am checking the staff’s health weekly to make sure their immune systems are strong and they have no symptoms, the staff is on immune supporting supplements so we don’t have to worry about the buggies, we have masks and gloves available at patient requests, and then our 2 secret weapons-we have EMF protection devices that we use personally and for the office, and running ozone units 24/7 in the office to kill off all the buggies. The ozone units and the EMF protection are things that other offices and clinics don’t even know about and that we’ve done all the time, even before this problem that we face. We plan to stay open and help out anyone we can by increasing their immune system’s ability to handle buggies. Getting adjusted to help the nervous system, eating good foods and taking supplements, and emotional work to handle stress is the best things we can all do.

Most People Don't Reach Micronutrient Requirements Through Food Alone

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Most adolescents are not getting adequate nutrient intake from diet alone — a finding confirmed from other studies in developed countries such as Spain, France, Portugal and Germany Three-quarters of adolescents consumed less than 54% of the recommended amounts of healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and dairy products Nearly three-quarters of the youth exceeded the recommended limit for sweet and salty snacks — by 453% When nutrient intake was considered from diet alone, adolescents often consumed less than recommended amounts of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E along with the water-soluble vitamins folate, biotin and pantothenic acid The use of dietary supplements helped to increase the adolescents’ intake of vitamins and minerals, particularly magnesium and vitamin C, but this isn’t a replacement for a healthy, nutrient-rich diet While it’s possible to get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs by eating a healthy diet, most people fall short.   Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-             Aren’t the trees beautiful? Fall is such a beautiful time of year and the weather has been outstanding. I hope you were able to get outside and increase your vitamin D stores for the winter. Remember that vitamin D is activated by sunlight so it’s important to get some. Vitamin D is also an oil soluble vitamin so you must be consuming good fats in order to have a good vitamin D source. If you get into the science of vitamin D, you’ll find it comes from cholesterol so the mainstream medicines war on cholesterol causes vitamin D levels to be low and this causes lots of immune system problems and other issues. We help our patients be able to digest and absorb fats and watch that their vitamin D levels are optimum.             The article I’m sending along this week looks at screenings and mammograms and how they can be harmful with the false positives they promote. It kind of reminds us of the virus tests people are getting now an

A Blessing

Hi Natural Health Family. We got some rain this weekend! It was definitely refreshing and great to see something different. I am sure many of the farmers were happy to see that along with anyone that has grass. Time to mow again haha. Just like waiting for the rain we can be more patient in other aspects of our life.  Have you ever had something happen that you thought was bad or perhaps a mistake by yourself or someone else? However, after perhaps days, weeks, months you look back and realize if that didn’t happen then you would have never realized something that helped you down the road, a blessing in disguise. Many times people get caught up in thinking that this event that happened was so bad or that it should have never happened. When we are quick to judge something then we may keep ourselves from seeing something more clearly. Of course it is okay when we get frustrated from time to time, but then we can redirect ourselves to see whatever happened in a different way we can le
