Two Sides to the Holidays

Happy day Natural Health Family. It’s getting closer and closer to Christmas and other holidays which means more time with friends and family. The holiday season is about connecting with others and embracing the spirit of celebration. A time to remember that we are all a family connected in many ways. To remember those who are less fortunate and give what we can to others. Although this can be a time of sharing and caring for others it can also be a time where many people may get down on themselves for various reasons. Let’s talk about the ups and downs of the holiday season.  When we think of the holiday season we may forget those who may be going through some difficult times. This could be from reasons such as events that happened throughout the year, loss of loved ones, relationship concerns, financial issues, etc. Sometimes the holidays can bring out the opposite of cheer and joy but rather frustration and arguments. When this happens it doesn’t mean it is a personal attack towards

Tis' The Season of Health

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 Well, we had a fairly nice weekend, a little cold but no snow. The temperatures have gotten low enough that snow could be possible and the calendar sure says so too. I hope that you were able to enjoy your weekend and get rested up for the big week coming up with the Christmas holidays. I hope that you and yours can get together and enjoy each other’s company and catch up on all the news from the past year. I sure hope that 2022 is a much better year but with all the “stuff” going on, it remains to be seen.                 In our health shop this week, we will be talking about The Gift of Health and Giving. We have been talking about the stress of the holiday seasons in previous health shops but hopefully were passed that and can focus on the reason for the season. Everyone has their own thoughts and choices that they would like to be acknowledged for but they may not agree with other people’s thoughts and choices. I like to

Toxicologist Warns Against COVID Jabs

STORY AT-A-GLANCE Janci Chunn Lindsay, Ph.D., a molecular biologist and toxicologist, has called for an immediate halt to COVID-19 mRNA and DNA vaccines due to multiple safety concerns There’s credible concern that the COVID jabs will cross-react with syncytin (a retroviral envelope protein) and reproductive genes in sperm, ova and placenta in ways that may impair fertility and reproductive outcomes In the case of the COVID shots, important animal studies that help ascertain toxic and systemic effects were not done. We’re now seeing danger signals that are not being heeded. Preliminary safety results of mRNA COVID shots used in pregnant women, published in April 2021, revealed an 82% miscarriage rate when the jab was administered during the first 20 weeks of pregnancy CDC data reveal more than 300 children between the ages of 12 and 18 have died from myocarditis, a now-recognized side effect of the COVID jab, yet the shot is now authorized for children as young as 5 Since the COVID g

Perfection In Imperfection

Hello to all of the Natural Health Family. We are going through some interesting times and it can feel as though there are many ups and downs. However, through challenges and obstacles we continue to grow as individuals. Let’s talk about how our own views of ourselves and the world can either harm or help us. It has not snowed much yet, but just like all snowflakes are unique and no two are the same in appearance or expression, we too are all different. People not only have different appearances but everyone has their own opinions, ideas, and views of how the world works and who we are supposed to be. This is brought up through different upbringings through family, society, economy, etc. We can obviously see that no two people are alike. Although we may be made of the same components, (the nutrients, proteins, atoms, electrons that make up our bodies), we all have a unique expression.  Through news, social media, certain groups, fashion, entertainment, etc. we tend to hold ourselves

Christmas Spirit

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-                 I hope you all had a great weekend and am getting all rested up for the holiday coming up soon. Christmas is a great time of year if we can just keep ourselves from being stressed out and over buying stuff. Jesus Is the Reason for the Season, not all the gifts and spending, but that’s fun too. It was a little cooler over the weekend but at least the sun was shining most of the time, so get that vitamin D stored up while you can. Not that I really want any snow but it looks awfully brown out there and snow would make it look more cheery, as long as it stays off the streets and sidewalks-ha.                 This week in our health shop we are talking about Holiday Stressors. It should be some good information that we will post on Brighteon.com, Rumble, and YouTube. I must not be trying hard enough yet because I haven’t been kicked off of YouTube yet. Will keep trying though. I really can’t believe all the censorship and lying

Florida Surgeon General Promotes Nutraceuticals for COVID

Dr. Joseph Ladapo was appointed Florida surgeon general and secretary of the Florida Department of Health by Gov. Ron DeSantis September 21, 2021 Ladapo has now issued a statewide public service announcement in support of commonsense COVID prevention strategies such as optimizing your vitamin D, staying active, eating nutrient-dense foods and boosting your immune system with supplements such as vitamin C, quercetin and zinc Florida Health even highlights emerging treatments such as fluvoxamine and inhaled budesonide. Importantly, Florida Health now states that “Physicians should use their clinical judgment when recommending treatment options for patients’ individualized health care needs. This may include emerging treatment options with appropriate patient informed consent, including off-label use or as part of a clinical trial” Despite publishing a scientific review on vitamin D for COVID in the peer-reviewed journal Nutrients, and the paper being the second most downloaded article
